CANCELLATION POLICY

ENG: You can change/cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24h before the service begins. If not, we will charge the full service price of the missed or cancelled appointment.
If you run late by more than 15 minutes, we may not be able to perform the (entire) service. In that case, you may still be charged for the time booked. The same applies if you change your service when you arrive at the salon or give less than 24h notice

NL: Wijziging/annulatie van je afspraak kan kosteloos tot 24u op voorhand. Zoniet, zien we ons genoodzaakt de kost van je geplande afspraak aan te rekenen.
Als je meer dan 15 minuten te laat bent, kan het zijn dat we je afspraak niet (volledig) kunnen uitvoeren. Ook in dit geval kan je afspraak aangerekend worden. Hetzelfde geldt indien je je service wijzigt ter plaatste of minder dan 24u voor aanvang.

Do you have gift cards?

We do offer gift cards. Just choose the amount you want to gift. The receiver can spend them on all services or products. You can buy them in the salon or HERE.

how does hourly pricing work?

We charge hourly in the salon, which means that we charge a fixed rate for the time that you book with us. The minimum duration of your service is always one hour, with increments of 30 minutes depending on your desired result.
Together, we decide on the time needed for your appointment in a consultation, so there’s no surprises at the end of your visit.

What if we exceed the time booked for my appointment?

Don’t worry, if we run over because of contingencies/unforeseen circumstances you will not be charged more. 
If you decide to change your service to something that takes longer we will let you know how much more time is needed to achieve that. Feel free to ask us if there is anything you would like to add to your service, but keep in mind that this is only possible if we have time left on the day itself.

Can I choose who I book an appointment with?

Always! If the person you have booked with is sick you will be notified. We will never just move your appointment to someone else.

are men’s haircuts less expensive than women’s?

No. We do not price based on gender. A great short men’s cut often takes more time and skill compared to long layers for example. We pride ourselves in treating everybody equally, regardless of gender. Therefore, when you book with us, the price is based on our experience and the amount of time that is reserved for you.

Why do i need a skin test for colour services?

If you have not had Aveda colour in the last two years, a skin test is necessary (at least 48hrs prior to your first service) to rule out any allergic reactions to our colour products. ‘More natural’ does not mean allergen-free. People have reactions to nuts, wheat, berries, dyes and many more. We do this for your own health and safety.

why do i need a consultation before i can book my first colour appointment?

To serve you as best we can, we require you to schedule a Colour Consultation before your first colour service. This way, you can discuss your hair colour wishes and history with your colourist and we can advise you on which service to book. Colour application can range between 15mins and 3hrs, so for your and our schedule, it is best we know this in advance.
